Settings and account

Quick Add preferences

Open Settings to choose which optional fields appear while creating parts with Quick Add. Barcode / UPC, Category, and Cost Price can each be shown or hidden. Changes apply immediately to the active business.

Profile and password

Open Profile to update your personal account details or password. Your account may be connected to multiple businesses, so personal changes are separate from business settings.

Switch business or view

• Use the business switcher to change the active workspace.
• If you have both management access and an active technician record, use the Admin / Technician switcher to change workflows.
• Use the theme button to switch between light and dark appearance.
